Impressions for Cindy and Tiffany Aching?

Cesare rather likes Cindy. :) Their relationship is friendly and casual and he likes it that way, although he also does not object to finding out more bits and pieces about her. He is more interested in her than in many other people because he can tell she's keeping something a secret and that piques his curiosity. All the more incentive to keep talking to her ( ... )

Way older than he ever expected, you mean. And more than one secret.

Cindy thinks that Cesare is an intelligent teenager. He's obviously of the nobility and well-educated for a man from this time. There's enough confidence in him that indicates that he's been groomed for leadership. Having a title and being a high-ranking member of the clergy would probably mean a lot more in the past and if Cindy ever looks up the history of his time, she'd realise that he's one of those Borgias. In the meantime, she is okay with a casual friendship. Also, there's the post-kiss realisation that he might be a bit of a player too ( ... )

damn this is hard. He doesn't have a list so much as a set of criteria for people to fit, at least mostly. I'm going to do that instead because I've been trying and failing at this all day. xD ( ... )

First thoughts on Kaza?

Loud. Loud and annoying.

On the one hand Cesare really does not take well to being yelled at, especially by someone he doesn't know. On the other hand, he didn't mean to make him pass out or see that memory and it's coming close enough on the heels of the Higurashi event that if he had been in a better mood he would have recognized feeling guilty about that. As it was, he did not like that it happened but was not quite able to blame Kaza for it. He'll even ignore the fact that their first meeting was so >( if Kaza reads (or skims for the important parts, really) that book he found for him. Cesare's willing to focus on the Bigger Problem of Kaza seeing that memory and not understanding what was so bad in it and to skip over that whole general dislike of his having done that in the first place.

For the most part, at least. He won't grab Kaza like that again, that's for sure. Expect violence with inanimate objects if violence is needed. So on the whole Kaza is slotted down as an annoyance, but this is partially because Cesare feels ( ... )

No get out.

I mean.

It's coming. SHORT FORM BEFORE I HAVE TO RUN fuck you worming your way into a chink of his heart, fuck you twice for Camp breaking this trust after it formed. This is somehow Shaun's fault. At least more than it is Cesare's. Except when he's in private when it's all his own fault, sob.

Also he's more nervous now that he's going to go crazy like AC Cesare. What wonderful new concerns to add to the rest of the pile! \o/

Headcanon me something about Zhores and Cesare at the library so I have something to look forward to reading this afternoon.

Oh and questions! (I get two hush)

1) How much would Cesare keyboardmash if Shaun magically found the words to correctly explain his feelings about recent developments?

2) How much is Cesare mentally stabbing Zhores at any given time?

OKAY talk to me about Tony and Fenris. But not Tony/Fenris.

x_autnihil July 2 2011, 07:30:33 UTC
...Yeah, that pairing should never happen.

More than liking, Cesare respects Tony. He's clearly skilled in various fields that Cesare knows nothing about and he respects that. He also... he feels very guilty still about getting Tony involved in that mess with Shaun because apart from that not being the sort of thing that should happen, he should not have had to get anyone else involved. He prefers to keep things (especially mistakes like that) private and the fact that he really did need Tony to break them up still grates on him. While he appreciates how Tony took his apology, he feels the need to really do some work on this relationship, reinforce the fact that that was Camp acting through him and not his own special brand of crazy. Cesare, now that he's done putting his tail between his legs, will make an effort to talk to Tony more and try to counterbalance any negative impression the event left ( ... )

Okay, so Tony likes Cesare! And he knows about Cesare's reputation, having looked the guy up, but- he's not the kind of guy to judge based on what the history books say. He knows that history is written by the victors, and that there are untold stories and depths that we can't see from this vantage point. He has a living lesson in that in the form of Henry, after all! XD He seriously does not judge Cesare at all based on what happened; he's very, very good at putting the pieces of puzzles together; he always has been, and as he improves as a wizard, he just gets better. This puzzle said "Camp is a fucking bastard." He's glad Cesare's back to normal ( ... )

Cesare's good at valuing people as people! Even people he greatly dislikes, if he can see that they are talented at something he will respect them for it. Della Rovere, for instance, he says is a very good candidate for the Papacy, even though he cannot personally tolerate him. For all that he was messing with Fenris at first, he can tell that he is competent and deserving of respect, and especially after getting an idea about his past he will be certain to give it to him.
