On the one hand Cesare really does not take well to being yelled at, especially by someone he doesn't know. On the other hand, he didn't mean to make him pass out or see that memory and it's coming close enough on the heels of the Higurashi event that if he had been in a better mood he would have recognized feeling guilty about that. As it was, he did not like that it happened but was not quite able to blame Kaza for it. He'll even ignore the fact that their first meeting was so >( if Kaza reads (or skims for the important parts, really) that book he found for him. Cesare's willing to focus on the Bigger Problem of Kaza seeing that memory and not understanding what was so bad in it and to skip over that whole general dislike of his having done that in the first place.
For the most part, at least. He won't grab Kaza like that again, that's for sure. Expect violence with inanimate objects if violence is needed. So on the whole Kaza is slotted down as an annoyance, but this is partially because Cesare feels bad about that whole fainting bit and therefore would be easy enough to change. He understood that Kaza was just displacing his own frustration onto him, which, while not appreciated, also means that he will look past that if they talk under better circumstances.
