This should be pretty easy, but I don't have TV so I'm not familiar with current music videos. I was at a bar last night and they had one of their tv's on Much Music, however there was a live band playing so the tv was on mute, and for some reason the program didn't give the name/artist of the video at the beginning and the end

ah, i missed a part of the description (the blank white background). i just saw the description of the girl and automatically thought lights... especially the part about interacting with drawings.

Is it Lenka - The Show? Truthfully all I remember of that video is the puppet/paper birds.

Ah ha! Watched the video for The Show and it's definitely her, not that video though. Should be easy to find now, thanks a ton!

Could it be something by Lily Allen? I vaguely remember one of her videos being unreal like that but I can't remember which one at the moment.

Also, if you know a relative time that it was on you can check and see what program it was and then the video might be on the Much Music site.
