I'm back from Kyushu! It was amazing. Kyushu is so absolutely gorgeous. I thought the mountains here in Shikoku were nice... Ha! I kind of envy the Kyushu JETs. I had a great time with Annie and everyone. I knew a road trip with a bunch of 20-somethings was going to be fun, but I just wasn't prepared for the craziness.

Our first tour went really well! It was so much fun, too. I really love these people. There's so much diversity and, to my surprise, I think I've learned less about Japanese culture through my Genki experience than all the other cultures in the JET community. Yay! It only took an hour and a half to catch up on the three-day backlog of posts, emails, comments, and phone calls. ;P

Yes, so now I'm back! I enjoyed Kochi City immensely this time around. I found a bunch of awesome shops, puzzled out the tram system, and learned a few very important landmarks.
