The weather last weekend was wonderful. I didn't even need a jacket and actually went out in 3/4 inch sleeves at night. That's how gorgeous the weather was. So my fridge is on the fritz. I first discovered this when I took the milk out this morning and found that the carton was alarmingly warm. Upon further investigation, I found that the little bit of frost on the chilled food section had melted and was dripping all over. So Rachel is gone. My apartment is so lonely. But we had a great last day at Kuroiwa Jr. High. I love those kids SO MUCH! Rachel did her usual self-introduction and then the kids made yamakas out of paper and Rachel explained Rosh Hosshana and we ate the traditional food: apples and honey.
