The weather last weekend was wonderful. I didn't even need a jacket and actually went out in 3/4 inch sleeves at night. That's how gorgeous the weather was. On Friday as I was leaving elementary school, a group of second and third years caught me outside and jumped on the hood of my car to keep me from leaving. Today is a low point for me. I've had worse days, but this one ranks in the top 10 for sure.

Today, I hate Japan. I hate kids. I hate myself.

No explanation will be given, nor is it really needed. I don't want to relive today. Just tell me I'm pretty and smart and give me a virtual hug and tomorrow I will start fresh.

Because of my debilitating illness (that I'm just now getting over--sheesh) I never journaled about what a complete and total success the Dead Man game turned out to be, both at Kuroiwa JHS and Ogawa Elementary. Peeling grapes is messy business. Grape juice stains like whoa. The tips of my fingers are stained purple and grape skin is still stuffed up under my fingernails. Yuck.
