Thoughts: I wrote this five months ago and I remember actually crying about it.
It was just one of those life-changing moments for me, I was flummoxed and ecstatic.
Anyways, it is currently four and some minutes and I should sleep, but I'm obviously -

Thoughts: I wrote this two months ago. I'm somewhat of a health freak, I agree. 
It's just for my personal benefit though, I'm not telling YOU specifically to exercise.
This is just my advice for someone wanting to go down that route as well.
I will also be writing a newer post when I feel more awake today.
