As we get older in life, there are many things we lose whether we want to or not. Some hurt more than others as they pass on. I can make light of some, but. . . . Others are harder. Well . . . I found out why my water was shut off last Friday. The manager came by and saw a geyser shooting up in my backyard. He didn't know what was going on, so he did what he had to do to stop what could have been a bad situation. I have two Flemish Giant rabbits . . . white and solid black. The white one, the female is named "Her Nibs". The black male is named "Tuck". My girlfriend takes care of them because I can't have them here. Tonight I learned that Nibs vanished two weeks ago. No one has seen her anywhere. NO BODY, NO TRACE! Tuck is all alone. We finally got a good hard frost. Time to cut down all the summer plants that have gone dormant so I can add more compost and get all the spring bulbs into the ground.
