Fashion's Night Out 2013 is on "hiatus" in New York City for budget reasons, apparently because they're annoyed by spending a lot of money but mostly attracting just "aspirational" people who can't afford their wares but come for the free cupcakes and performances. I resemble that remark.

Fashion's Night Out--with all its freebies, spectacle, exclusives, and deals--is tomorrow night, and I don't know if I'll try to do (some of) it for a third year. I'm not feeling so well, the weather has been hot, humid, and rainy, and I found out last year that it's rough and lonely touring FNO alone.
