You've all probably already seen that my birthday is coming up(because Livejournal even tells *me* it's my birthday soon).
For those of you in Edinburgh, I was planning on sitting down in the Auld Hoose from around 7 on Friday and have a drink. Feel free to join me, if you have nothing better to do.
For some reason, the Tesco Value apple juice for 56 pence is a lot better than the more expensive varitety. I have no idea for why this is, but it is fact.
So you don't always get what you pay for. It's bizzare, but that is life.
After having hunted for the books since I first got the first two for Christmas years and years ago (I'd guess no less than six) I have finally found the last two in the series. The series in question is "A Man of his Word" by David Duncan, and the copies of the books in the Science Fiction bookstore in Stockholm were some kind of print-on-demand

Monday was fun. Ellie and I walked around Dean Village, through a graveyard and into the Dean Gallery. Nice little place. Wish I could live in the house (after it has been converted into a house to live in), as it was very nice, especially with the surrounding garden
