Smoked bacon is quite a lot better than unsmoked bacon. Fries a lot nicer, and is more juicy than unsmoked.

Someone has to, and I feel that by injecting as much common sense into the world, I can overcome the stupidity of 6 billion people. I never said it would be easy, though.

Excellent idea. I ate all my bacon for lunch, though.

Any particular flavour of smoked cheese you suggest? I usually go for Brie, Gouda or Port Salut when I want cheese, but neither is really smoked.
