I've been looking at the houses currently on the market here, to see what I could buy, and I had to stop. It was too depressing. I can't afford ANYTHING in this area that I'd want to live in. Anybody know of a utility to convert an image (PNG) to whatever format favicon.ico is in? ImageMagick supposedly does it, but if I try, I get this:

RMAN is starting to annoy me. A lot. I've been setting it up for the last week and a half, and still can't get my test restore to go through. It backs up just fine, including archivelogs. It restores just fine too. The database just won't recover, getting either the "file 8 is not restored from a sufficiently old backup" or some other various ( Read more... )

I got my real estate license!! Took them a while to process everything, and I still don't have my pocket card, but the license is issued and I can legally act as a real estate agent now!

Anybody got a house to buy or sell? Or know anyone who does? :)

I'm back. That's 2 saddlesore 1000 rides, if I cared to document them. And only one ticket. Unfortunately it happened when I was almost home on I-66, and it's 89 in 65 (reckless driving). Hopefully I'll be able to get it thrown out.

Everything is packed and waiting for me. I'm leaving tomorrow night right after my class for Eureka Springs, AR. Leaving at about 10:30pm, and riding for 1170 miles - getting to my destination some time Tuesday night. Will be back next weekend. I need to find a folding chair that'll fold small enough to fit on my bike. Maybe 16" in length or less when folded. The only thing that Sports Authority has that'll fold that small is a little stool - I really want a chair with a back, or even better, an arm-chair. Came back from Corbin, KY Monday night, after spending the whole weekend there. Left on Friday morning at 4am and rode 580 miles to Corbin. Checked in to the hotel and then hung out with some people from ST.N.
