Guess what I got

I got my real estate license!! Took them a while to process everything, and I still don't have my pocket card, but the license is issued and I can legally act as a real estate agent now!

Anybody got a house to buy or sell? Or know anyone who does? :)

what did you have to do to get the license?

In Virginia, you have to complete 60 hours of classroom training, pass the test at the end of your classes (both national and state), and then pass the official exam (also both national and state). Then you can apply for a license. I took the class with Weichert School of Real Estate.
