I just found out I'm rooming with Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson.

I'm so excited!

Oh! And Kamina is staying with us, too!

This trip is turning out better than I expected! And thus far, I haven't experienced anything remotely strange, either...

I'm the happiest woman in the entire world.

((OOC: Naoto finally got up the guts to propose to Kanji at the Obon Festival. Of course, he said yes!))

Today was the final day for the Oban Festival. The estate was decorated with paper lanterns. I visited Tatsuhime Shrine along with Grampa and Yakushiji-san, and I wore the yukata that Kanji made for me. We even stopped by the Samegawa River, where many people had set loose small boats with candles and votive pictures attached to them.

Naoto had returned to the estate after school, which as a rarity, as she usually only came out that way on Sundays and holidays. It could be a bit of a hassle, commuting back and forth from Inaba.
