Naoto had returned to the estate after school, which as a rarity, as she usually only came out that way on Sundays and holidays. It could be a bit of a hassle, commuting back and forth from Inaba.

Breakfast has been rather... eventful. Unfortunately, Naoto hadn't been able to stay long to chat. Some people had to attend school, after all

Edward was, ever so gracefully, sprawled out on her couch, his hand halfway pulling up his shirt in his sleep. He'd been napping for awhile, because clearly the night before had left some residual effect at least.

Al, meanwhile, had a book and was reading it, pointedly ignoring his brother. He wouldn't be surprised if Ed was drooling onto the pillows, the way he slept.

He closed the book when he heard Naoto's voice, cheering up. They had to go back o Amestris, soon, but it had been nice spending this time with her.

"Welcome home, Naoto!" He called. Then he turned and dropped the book on Ed's face.

"Wake up, Brother."

Naoto walked into the living room and set down her schoolbag. She took note of Edward sprawled out on the couch, his belly exposed, like a little kid. She tried not to snicker too loudly when Alphonse bopped his older brother on the face with his book.

"Hey, you guys. I headed home as soon as school let out. Luckily, there weren't any club meetings today."

She sat down in a nearby chair and looked to Alphonse. "There's something I need to ask you both, before I take you back home."

"Fuck Al!"

Edward curled up, holding his head. "Geeze! Would you quit that? I'm gonna do that to you when I get your body back. See how you like it!"

He sat up and rubbed his eyes. "Hey Naoto." Edward yawned.
