Brief Bio
Naoto is a pure blood from a very prominent wizarding family, and her family has worked as Aurors for the past five generations. Naoto is also in training to become an Auror, since both her parents were killed by Dark Wizards. She was raised by her paternal grandfather. She specializes in Defense Against the Dark Arts and Potions, and is excellent in wizarding duels. Her Patronus takes the form of a falcon.
Minato Arisato is her cousin. Edward and Alphonse are her adoptive brothers. Souji Seta is her best friend (possibly from childhood). They're Justice Derps, willing to stick up for First Year students and teach them the ropes. She's also secretly engaged to Kanji Tatsumi, hence her refusal to date anyone at school.
Naoto is incredibly popular among both the male and female students (she's known as the "Detective Prince" for a reason!). During her first year at school, people often mistook her for a boy. Even after it was revealed that she was a girl, her fans' affections haven't lessened in the slightest. Some of her more zealous fangirls have drugged her with Polymorph potions or hexxed her with Transfiguration spells in order to change her into a boy, something which annoys Naoto to no end. She often hangs out with Alphonse in his room during those times, until the effects wear off.
She's the recipient of many love notes, most of which come from First Year students at the beginning of term who are unaware of her disdain for such things. Edward actively encourages such behavior, even going to far as to utilize love potions, so that he and Alphonse can eat all the candy intended for Naoto. Alphonse enjoys reading the notes out loud in a dramatic tone while Naoto callously shreds them.

Brief Bio
Envy is a metamorphmagus. Orphaned at a young age, he harbors a deep hatred of Muggles and mudbloods. His elitist attitude has caused him to associate only with pure bloods, with whom he counts himself among their ranks, mostly because of his abilities as a metamorphmagus, which is a rare talent among wizards. He sympathizes with the Dark Lord only because his goal is to create a world where only pure bloods exist. He also seeks out and befriends any shapechangers and non-human wizards, including werewolves, because he is fascinated with their talents...
Eris pretty much adopted him during his first year of school, so he likes to flaunt the fact that he's given "special privledges," and isn't afraid to use his ties to the faculty to avoid getting kicked out of school.
Envy is a big troublemaker, and often skips class. He excels at charms and transfiguration. He loves playing pranks on others, and despite being such a dick, he has his own group of loyal followers and fangirls (possible fanboys, too).
No one knows Envy's true sex, which is a bit of a running gag around the school, and all attempts to determine such have proved utterly fruitless.
He's roommates with Ed, and is constantly trying to corrupt the poor boy and get him into loads of trouble.
