Weight = 208.0 lbs, 13.0 lbs too heavy
Body fat = 30.0%, 5.0 percentage points too fatty
Visceral fat = 11, 3 points too fatty
Waist = 38 in, 4 in too wide
Well, well, well. My resistance band training is working because my fat percentage is going down, but my weight is actually increasing a bit. That means I need to throw in more cardio.
