Beefcake challenge: End of week 11

Day 75:
Weight = 208.0 lbs, 13.0 lbs too heavy
Body fat = 30.0%, 5.0 percentage points too fatty
Visceral fat = 11, 3 points too fatty
Waist = 38 in, 4 in too wide

Well, well, well.  My resistance band training is working because my fat percentage is going down, but my weight is actually increasing a bit.  That means I need to throw in more cardio.  Fortunately, the weather has turned so I can start playing frisbee and hoopin' it up during the week.  When I did that last summer, I lost quite a bit of weight and got beefcake right quick.  I'm almost halfway through this challenge and I'm nowhere near where I'd like to be.
