Tuesday night, after our staff meeting, Exhibitor Service folks headed to Hard Rock Cafe, where I picked up the 3-piece limited edtion (300 of each) and the single limited editon (600 of each) pins.  Whoot.  After that I headed back to the room, watched some Olympics before crashing for the night.

I haven't updated my LJ lately... that tends to happen when you're reduced to 14.4k dial-up WHEN you can even connect to the remote server (gotta call the phone company today and finally get that fixed--for several years, there's been this droning humm on the line every other call.  Most times it goes away after hanging up and picking up again, or ( Read more... )

 Movies:
I enjoyed The Incredible Hulk. Cerebral? No.  Entertaining? Sure.   Just don't go to a showing with a 4-year old boy screaming his head off with excitement each time the Hulk appears, unless you want to be charged with murder when you throw said child like a football into the wall.
