 Movies:
I enjoyed The Incredible Hulk. Cerebral? No.  Entertaining? Sure.   Just don't go to a showing with a 4-year old boy screaming his head off with excitement each time the Hulk appears, unless you want to be charged with murder when you throw said child like a football into the wall.
Get Smart was also pretty good.  I used to watch the show on ( Read more... )

TCR and I saw Wall-e last night. I thought the short before the movie was worth the admission... then the movie was better.

There were some concerns from some of the nay-sayers about a Pixar film (who's had a fantastic track record) making a film with little actual dialogue. But the reviews have been pretty solid. I'd like to go see it... just not with children in the theater. Hmm.

The short that got Pixar it's first big break didn't have any dialog in it and the best scenes from Ice Age and Ice Age 2 were with Scrat. I'd say Pixar does rather well without dialog.
