According to Showbiz411, Michael Fassbender has signed on as the young Magneto in X-Men: First Class, directed by Matthew Vaughn. Also confirmed are James McAvoy as Charles Xavier and Benjamin Walker as Beast. If Michael Fassbender is unavailable, or if they're looking for a less traditionally handsome actor, I have a feeling that Ben Whishaw, opposite James McAvoy (Charles Xavier), would be a good pick for Erik Lehnsherr.
