I was in hospital last night with a stomach infection, so the trip to Yunnan has been delayed a day. Hence, a bit of time on my hands in which to do this post.

Well this is all quite grin worthy. I really enjoy Joseph Gordon-Levitt. I'm glad to see him taking rolls that allow him to play quite different characters.

Also, the Aronofsky film sounds quite interesting.

JGL is so watchable in everything that he does, including 3rd Rock. I don't know of another young, American actor that I'm this excited about seeing; I like that he seems to be making a play for acting roles above his actual age, and staying away from the cliched high school/rom-com roles.

Agreed. I do love seeing an actor play his own age. I'd love to see him opposite someone like Anna Kendrick who also shows a lot of potential.

Had to add Deborah Ann Woll to that wish list. I'd love(!) to see her outside of True Blood where she's not really given much opportunity to be as fantastic as I think she could be.

Those posters from Sucker Punch look amazing, as does the cast. Abbie Cornish and Jena Malone and steampunk FTW!

Abbie and Jena are my favourite of the bunch, too. They seem to have the most going on behind the eyes... (Mostly, it seems to be, "Bitch, you wanna mess with me?")

JGL wouldn't have ever popped into my head for a fantasy casting of the Riddler, but now the suggestion is there, I'm gonna be disappointed if it won't be him, because I can really kinda see it.

Thanks, hon! I am, indeed, much better today.

I didn't have anyone in particular in mind for the Riddler (just not Jim Carrey, please). JGL is an inspired choice, however.

Speaking of stratospherically gorgeous, I watched Timothy in The Crazies yesterday... Even with the mustache, the man has it going for him.
