Yoochun got home and went directly upstairs, decided to talk to Hee Soo, so he knocked on the room's door and promptly heard her telling him to get in. As he did so, he noted she was sitting on a chair at her balcony - her favourite place to be when she needed to think.

Yoochun put his hands on her shoulders then.

“You were quick” She said

“Yeah. Can we talk now, Hee Soo?”

“Of course.”

Yoochun stepped out to the balcony as well and stopped just in front of the girl.

“Have you been thinking about what your father said?” He asked

“I have.”

“Did you get to any conclusion yet?”

“Not yet. It caught me completely off guard.”

“Can I know to which side is the scale pending more?” He inquired

“I don't know if you will like to know”

“Oh.” He expressed

“This is so confuse, Yoochun. Really. My father with his proposition, then there's Yunho and then us two...”

Yoochun laughed bitterly at her phrase “Well, your positioning of priorities in that sentence sure does say a lot. Your father, Yunho and then me.

You know, Hee Soo, I wish I knew what to tell you but I have no idea. I would like to tell you not to accept the arranged marriage proposition, I'd like to tell you to ignore Yunho and stay with me but I know that things are not that simple.”

“No, they are not.” She agreed “My father's company has been loosing profit for awhile now and its situation is not good at the moment. The merge would be ideal in order for it to recover in a positive way. I know my father worked a lot to put the company where it stands right now and I don't want him to lose everything he has worked his entire life for if there is something I can do to help.

Then there is us... I mean, let's face it: we are in a relationship with no future , we would never be accepted by our parents or anyone for that matter. I don't know if it's worth to be in something like this.”

“And then there is Yunho” Yoochun finished, looking at Hee Soo.

“That too.”

“Do you have feelings for him?” He asked, nervously

“Who knows...” She said, sighing midway which actually made Yoochun sigh too and then laugh.

“Geez...sometimes I wished you were not so honest when you talk to me about theses things, Hee Soo.”

“What? Do you want me to lie?”

“No, I want you to think about my feelings for you. You may not love me but with me the story is different.”

She immediately looked at Yoochun as soon as he said the last sentence “Who says I don't love you?”

“In the love scale, yours is in a totally lower level if we compare it with mine, okay?” He said, slightly joking and yet totally serious.

“I didn't know love had a measuring scale”

“No? Well, I'll explain it to you then. There are different kinds of love in this world: the love you have for your parents, the love you have for a brother or a sister, the love you have for a boyfriend or a husband, love between friends...” He interrupted his dialogue for a while, gathering the courage to say what he wanted to say next. “In your case, I'd say it's something like a deep friendship? Sense of safety, maybe?”

“I think you are talking easily about my feelings and making me feel bad, like I never loved you.”

“You did, but you don't anymore. Honestly, I fell in love with you when we met, but I always felt like you just felt attracted to me and we know those are two different things all together, Hee Soo. You can easily look at me and tell me what you are thinking at every time, whether it's about me or any other guy. When a person is in love, you don't say things to each other so easily and don't tell me it's because you trust me because I won't buy it.”

“And your point is?” She asked at last

“My point is that I am not the one preventing you from deciding. By this time I am just a friend who can give you advice if you need.”

Hee Soo was surprised at his answer “That does not sound like you at all. It's not like you to give up on things so easily.”

“I am not giving up anything because to do so, I'd have to own something and I don't. It's not like me to give up, but it's also not like me to insist on a lost battle. People cant force love and that's how it works.”

Yoochun gave Hee Soo a little smile - a fake one, she could see it - and a kiss on the cheek before leaving her in the balcony and getting out of the room.

Although he was completely determined to show his strong side in front of the girl, he felt like he could cry at any moment. Seeing Hee Soo's reaction made him realise he was right about everything he said and that the only person actually loving the other in there was him. Hee Soo liked him, he knew that much, but he was more like her confident, her best friend by now, not her boyfriend.

That night, Yunho drove to Enoki's mansion before he went home and the man knew exactly why the boy was there to see him even before he opened his mouth.

“I can see you already know the news” Enoki said, as soon as Yunho entered the room.

“I would like an explanation if it's not too much of a bother. I' coming from the Han's house and suddenly I have a marriage proposition to consider with the president's daughter. What is going on?”

“Sit down.” Enoki ordered “First, I must say that this was a change of plans which was not thought before, but which I like. Let's say your performance was beyond any expectation and led us to this.”

“I don't know if I'm getting what you mean.”

“The plan for you to get their trust went better than expected. First: I didn't think you would do it so fast and second: I knew about the company being in a fragile position, in part thanks to me and some talented people of course”

“Changmin.” Yunho said, concluding Enoki's sentence

“Anyway, the thing was for you to get the man's daughter to fall in love with you, get the old man's trust and then we'd go for the 'final detail' however the situation got strangely different now. Apparently the company is in worst state than I was estimating, you have won the heir's trust in two days and her dad's in only one so I must praise your talent.”

“I know I am talented but my point is: my talent was not prepared for an arranged marriage. How am I supposed to act now?” Yunho asked

“That is easy. The heir will naturally accept the proposition of course, and with the family's merge and the back-up support from me, you will have complete access to everything concerning Han's Corporation. From there, it will be easy to follow with the original plan. It's all the same, with one little difference: in a few months you will be able to say you are a married man. It won't be for long, I can assure you.” The man said, with a devilish grin on his face.

“I am changing the plan” Yunho said “You can get ready for the wedding, but I want a month for her to accept the proposition.”

“Why?”

Yunho laughed “Why? Don't you find it weird that two strangers get married when they know each other for a week? Young people these days does not accept these things like before; they don't like to have their lives being controlled like this. If I am accepting this proposition this fast, it will get suspicious regarding the character I've build with Hee Soo. Instead of accepting it just like that, I will refuse it for now. Me and Hee Soo will have a month to think about whether we want to get married and if by the end of the month none of the two change his minds, then we will have the wedding.”

“Don't you find it risky?” Enoki inquired and Yunho just smirked

“I am just being a gentleman. She is already fallen head over heels for me Enoki, so this month will just make her be sure about it. C'mon, you said I was talented. Don't you trust my talent?”

“Alright then. You have one month. After that we will be attending a very nice wedding and then... well we know what is happening then.”

Yunho got up from the chair then, adjusting his leather jacket “Oh and by the way, the next time something changes, let me know first, okay? It's hard to adjust like that.”

Enoki smiled “Agreed. Oh and while you are here... What happened three years ago...

“Any news?” Yunho asked promptly, hie eyes widening at the mention of the case

“We might have found a clue but it's nothing granted yet.”

“What kind of clue?”

“A possible witness.”

“A few details, please” Yunho asked

“There are none at the moment. I just wanted you to know I did not forget about it.”

The hope in Yunho's eyes vanished then “Alright. Let me know if you find something. And thanks, Enoki” Yunho said, before leaving.

“Idiot.” The other muttered as the boy left

The next morning, things were awkward between Yoochun and Hee Soo and for the first time since they started college, the driver took her instead of Yoochun.

Hee Soo arrived a little before Yunho so she decided to wait for him. About ten minutes later was what took him to show up and as he noticed the girl, he smiled and slightly waved at her.

“Good morning” He greeted

“Can we talk?” She asked, directly to the point and he nodded. “Well, about what happened yesterday...”

“The marriage proposition.”

“Yes. I imagine that it was also a shock for you, the thing is I feel embarrassed by this situation and... I mean, this arranged marriage is just being considered because it's convenient for my family...”

“If you are trying to persuade me into accepting the proposition then you are doing it the wrong way.” Yunho said

“No, that’s not it. Did it sound like it? No, I am not trying to make you accept it because I can’t even decide myself. The thing is that we have met for so little time and this situation is incredibly embarrassing and I just wanted you to know that you are not supposed to feel yourself obliged to do it just because my family needs your family’s help. I mean, this is not a normal situation and...”

Suddenly, Yunho interrupted Hee Soo's speech, locking her lips with his in a soft kiss that caught her off guard and didn't let her talk any further.

“I like you” He said

“What?”

“Regarding the wedding, yes, it caught me by surprise but I am not panicking. My biggest concern is not to supposedly be wasting my youth or the fact that I would marry someone I met for just one week in order to grant our parents agreement. What concerns me the most is the fact that you didn't have any time to try and feel something for me. I like you and honestly the whole idea of the arranged wedding sounded way stranger yesterday than it does today but you have a boyfriend and suddenly you see yourself forced into marrying a stranger. Isn't that unfair?”

“How do you know I have a boyfriend? I mean, I don't have one. Not anymore.”

“You and Yoochun broke up?”

“How do you know about Yoochun?” She asked, surprised

“He was a little bit obvious, besides you told me when you got drunk. That was right before you said I was really handsome and then kissing me in the middle of the street” He said, successfully embarrassing her ever more.

She stood there with her mouth open, in disbelief “I did that?”

“Yeah, you did and you threw up next. It's not a very pleasant memory for our first kiss...” He said, mocking her

“I really can't remember any of that, sorry.”

“It's okay. I remember and that is enough” He said, smiling “You don't have to wory anymore about all this matter, okay? Last night I thought about it and to do something. Later today let's talk to your father.”

“About what? What did you thought about?”

“Just trust me, okay? Now, let's go before we get late for class.”

~*~

As soon as Sung Ri opened her room's door, she found a note, on the ground

«I went to college earlier today. I didn't know if you would accept if I offered you a ride, so I decided to go alone. Remember to eat your breakfast and don't be late. I'll see you in class.

Junsu»

Sung Ri did exactly what he told her in the note: she ate her breakfast and got her bus to college. When she got there, she noted that Junsu's motorbike was parked outside and when she got to her classroom she saw him there, sitting beside his friend.

None of them seemed very happy. As it was to be expected, all the girls in class were starring at Junsu and commenting on how his drastic visual change made him look so much more masculine and handsome. Sung Ri thought she would actually throw up if they continued being like that just because he was looking better than before. Not that she ever found him handsome - no, not that.

Either way, Junsu also seemed to be trying to avoid their advanced that morning aswell as any contact - visual, of course - with Sung Ri and if by any chance he got closer to her in the corridor, he would apologise and leave quickly.

He remained with his friend - which Sung Ri later found out that was called Yoochun - an later as usual, changed places, as he would sit down next to Yoon Jae for that particular class she shared with us. The difference of treatment with Yoon Jae was obvious and in a way, made Sung Ri wish she was her best friend.

“Are you crazy? Junsu liking me? Are you feeling sick?” Yoon Jae asked, surprised

“Why are you so surprised? It looks obvious to me.”

“It's not obvious because it's not true and I can guaranty that to you.”

“He looks pretty at ease with you” Sung Ri pointed out

“Are you jealous, Sung Ri?”

“I am.”

“Really?”

“Of course not” Sung Ri lied “I was joking. I have no reason to be jealous of Junsu but I still think he likes you though. What do you think of him?”

“I think what every girl thinks when they look at him. Junsu is a handsome and charming guy but he is not exactly my type and no, he is not interested in me because he likes someone else.” She said, perking Sung Ri's curiosity

“Oh, so you are not his love interest but his love adviser now? Who... is she?” She asked, tentatively

“You should ask him yourself. You guys live in the same house and don't even speak like normal people”

“It's not that” She started “It's because of what I told you.”

“You mean about that idiot Moon Bin? I am still wondering why the hell did you go see him in the hospital like that and on top of that argued and slapped Junsu. Many girls would be thrilled that a guy they just met cared enough to look for the guy who hurt them. Besides, Moon Bin deserved it.”

“I am not defending Moon Bin, but Junsu went too far.”

Yoon Jae sighed “I really can't believe you are still mad because he cared. You are lucky and don't know it. Besides he apologised and is trying to avoid you so maybe your just being too harsh?”

“I am not that mad anymore but he just keeps avoiding me like the plague” Sung Ri said, biting on a piece of her bread.

“Aish... I really don't know what to do with you two...Oh! Junsu! He's there, I'm calling him” She said, before screaming the boy's name loudly, making everyone in the cafeteria to stare at them “There is an empty spot here!” She said, pointing to the seat in front of Sung Ri.

From afar, the boy thanked her, but gesticulated that he could sit elsewhere. Of course that Yoon Jae would never let that happen so she made sure he sat with them by dragging Junsu along with Yoochun, with whom he was, to their table and pushing him to sit where she wanted him to.

“It's Yoochun, right?” Yoon Jae asked as the boy nodded “Yoon Jae, nice to meet you. This is my friend Sung Ri”

“Oh, YOU are Sung Ri? Isn't she the one...” Yoochun started but was interrupted by Junsu's violent kick under the table.

As the four started eating there was no more sound and the awkward silent was only broken by Yoon Jae and Yoochun's occasional comments and when Junsu's phone rang and he had to answer.

“Hello? Yes, I'm in college, what's wrong? It's not a habit for you to call... huh? You are here? What... oh, I'm seeing you already can you see me? I'm the one waving like crazy” Junsu said, as he did wave frantically, while looking at the cafeteria's door where Yoon Ki was standing but then decided to go to him instead.

“What are you doing here?”

“Today I'm being Jaejoong's delivery boy. You were supposed to met him yesterday.”

“Yeah, I know but something came up. Is this about the report? Why didn't you call the other phone?”

“I did, but it was off.”

“Maybe I left it home.”

“Are you okay, Junsu?” Yoon Ki asked, noting Junsu was acting strange.

“I'm fine but you shouldn't have brought this here” He said, grabbing the pen drive from Yoon Ki

“It's password protected, don't worry.”

“Come with me.” Junsu said

“Come where? I have to go.”

“We look suspicious like this, so just come to our table, alright?” He said, dragging the older boy “ Look who's come for a visit!” Junsu said, cheerfully

“Your friend from the club.”Sung Ri recognized

“What are YOU doing here?” Yoon Jae inquired, in a very displeased tone, making Sung Ri look at her with a questioning look “What?”

“I thought he was the one who took you home when...”

“Yeah, alright, let's not talk about that. SO... what are you doing here?”

“I just brought something that Junsu forgot” Yoon Ki answered “I didn't know you went to the same college he did.

“Small world, huh?”

“Do you have any messages for Yunho?” He asked

“Why would I?”

“Well, I noticed you try to talk to him but he doesn't seem to want to talk to you so I though I might be able to help” He stated, sarcastically

“If I want to I can call him anytime, or I can go to his college. Law College is just around the corner.”

“You know him? Yunho I mean, Choi Yunho.”

“Choi? No, it must be another person. My friend's last name is not Choi, it's Jung.”

Yoochun nodded, clearly leaving the matter behind however, the conversation did not go unnoticed by Junsu. He knew it was the same Yunho, of course and the fact that people who knew his real name were meeting people who only knew him by his fake one was not pleasing him so he decided to change the subject however he didn't need to as Yoochun announced he had to leave and Yoon Jae stated the same just seconds after.

“You also have to leave, right?” Yoon Jae said, more than asked to Yoon Ki

“Actually I still have something to tell Junsu, so...”

“Oh really? Well I...” She started but then her lunch “accidentally” landed on Yoon Ki's lap “OMO! I am SO sorry! I'll help you clean, come with me”

“It's okay, you are just clumzy...” He started and then her juice “accidentally” ended up on his shirt “What are you doing?”

“I am REALLY so sorry so can I help you clean? Like NOW?” Yoon Jae said and finally Yoon Ki obliged and both of them left, leaving Junsu and Sung Ri alone.

If that was a starring contest, there would be no way of determining a winner since neither of the two blinked and just looked at each other like two idiots. Awkward, Yoon Jae thought as she observed from afar.

“Well... I have to go” Junsu spoke

“Look... I know you are avoiding me” Sung Ri started “I know its because of what happened yesterday but I don't think this is the best solution since we are living in the same house, come to the same college and have the same classes. Basically I just wanted to tell you that I don't want to be angry with you because of what happened and I am sorry for saying things I shouldn't have.”

He smiled “I am sorry for being so impulsive also. Although I want it to be clear that I am being sorry for revealing your secret and not for sending that idiot to the hospital.”

“Do you really have to insist on the fact that you are not regretting that? Anyway, I think I can live with it.” She said

“Do you want a ride home today?” He asked, all happy

“No, not today. I have something to do and somewhere to go first and...”

His smile disappeared then “You are going to see him, aren't you?”

“It's because he is going to...”

“Forget it, I don't care.” He interrupted “Be careful when you go home” He said before getting up and leave.

“Yah, Junsu!”

Yoon Jae just sighed at the conclusion of that scene and although she did not hear the content of the talk, she could tell that Sung Ri talked too much.

“What are you doing?” Yoon Ki asked suddenly

“Huh? Oh, I forgot you were still there. It seems like I've wasted my lunch for nothing.” She said, preparing to leave, however he grabbed her wrist

“Where do you think you are going?”

“I'm going to eat something and then I have classes. You can go to where you are supposed to go now.”

He scoffed at her “Because of YOU, I have my clothes dirty and full of food so you think I am letting you off the hook like that?” He asked rhetorically

“If you were not a slow poke and understood my signs, your clothes would be clean. What do you want me to do now?”

“Take responsibility for it!” He demanded

“What?”

A/N : Is it me or this one is just looooonger than the others?  ^___^
