Commentary on Christopher Handley's Sentencing   by Charles Brownstein the executive director of the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to the defense of First Amendment rights within the comic community since 1986.

For those who don't know about this, Handley is going to jail for collecting manga.
