For those of you sending in resumes to specific people with specific email addresses... do you feel like your email will be buried under other mail if you send it on the weekend?

So I applied for a bartender job on Craigslist or wherever and the guy just emailed me back asking "do you have a facebook" (capitalization and punctuation his). I do have a Facebook, but I've used it like once and I guess I should fuck around with it before sending it off to the guy. I never finished a college degree, but I have about 3 years taking one major then switched and had a year of a totally different major/different college. How do I put this on my resume? Do I put college name -years attended and the major or do I leave the major blank? I don't want anyone who looks at my resume to assume that I completed/got my ( Read more... )

Probably this is a topic that has been discussed before; if so, just point me to the appropriate thread.  I'm updating my resume, and I'm wondering if there's anywhere I can find a list of keywords for resume scanning programs.  Also, what kind of success have you all had tailoring your resumes for electronic scans?  Are cover letters also scanned?
