OK guys, you've always helped in the past.  I want a new layout.  Yes I want it premade and yes I want it to have some sort of fall theme, or at least fallish colors....well, maybe I should just wait and get a really pretty holiday one... Any ideas.  I have already check my usual spots and haven't found anything I like or really want to use.

My husband, Tom, was able to get in to see a specialist at a ear clinic in Memphis on Tuesday for possible treatment of his Meniere's disease.  They will have to run a battery of tests to see if he qualifies, but we are keeping our fingers crossed.  We hope that the treatments they offer will help him.  He had a few good years but he has had more ( Read more... )

Maybe I am just too much of a perfectionist for my hobby. I am so frustrated with my knitting right now I can't stand it! I keep trying to get things right. I messed up the Throw I was making for soon to be niece and I still can't figure which side I messed up on. I am in a conundrum.  I have been knitting a scarf for my FIL for Christmas.  It is a basket weave pattern.  I am in the middle of pattern repeat 8 and Tom just noticed a mistake in the middle of pattern repeat 4.  About 2100 stitches back.  Each pattern repeat is taking my 45 min to an hour.  Here is my question...do I frog down to my mistake or ( Read more... )
