On learning and teaching
I was helping my oldest niece with her algebra homework this morning. Man I've forgotten a lot. I had to look up a couple things before I started helping her to make sure I remembered them right. Today I posted my Veterans Day poster on the Veterans Leadership Network at work. My technophobe spouse
Every time my wife has trouble with the computer system I either get yelled at or get a phone call telling me to fix it. The most common problem is that we either lose the satellite router or there's a bug/glitch in the home wireless systems. Anymore I keep all the software necessary to troubleshoot the systems on every computer so I don't have to ( Read more... ) -
What's going on these days.
Don't know where to start. The wife and I are fine, married twenty-one years now. The oldest, my step-son, is in Philadelphia now. He is working as an IT specialist. Our daughter is a senior at Ball State university and will start the speech pathology program soon. The youngest is a high school freshman and just finished the soccer season ( Read more... ) -

After another friend said they had posted something to LiveJournal, I went looking for my account information. Luckily I found which email it was attached to and then recovered the pass word to that email account. Eventually I got the password to this account and thought I'd post my return. My Step-son is a prick
Yesterday I had the day scheduled off so I could have time with my son and daughter before school started tomorrow. Instead I had to spend the entire day doing damage control for my lazy step-son who failed his summer English course and now has decided to change majors ( Read more... ) -
