My technophobe spouse
Every time my wife has trouble with the computer system I either get yelled at or get a phone call telling me to fix it. The most common problem is that we either lose the satellite router or there's a bug/glitch in the home wireless systems. Anymore I keep all the software necessary to troubleshoot the systems on every computer so I don't have to get up and go fix something. I just had Dawn call from the bottom of the stairs that the internet was slow; fix it. I didn't even get out of my La-Z-Boy. I was sitting here dictating my thesis, fired up Mozilla and pulled up the IP addresses for my routers. I had the system back up and running in less than five minutes.
