What's going on these days.

Don't know where to start. The wife and I are fine, married twenty-one years now. The oldest, my step-son, is in Philadelphia now. He is working as an IT specialist. Our daughter is a senior at Ball State university and will start the speech pathology program soon. The youngest is a high school freshman and just finished the soccer season.
I still work in the same place, but I've transitioned to a new role as a technical resource. I still go into the lab from time to time, but its not my full time thing anymore. I write a lot of training and validation packages. I deal with auditors, and mentor the new chemists. Not a bad gig.

I'm trying to finish the thesis for the MS in forensics and investigational sciences. Finished chapter two last night. I'd be writing more, but my back is killing me. Thankfully I have speech to text so I can put this out quickly. I've studied mathematics all my life and this thesis is stretching me a great bit. Doesn't help that I hate statistics.

I'll write more later. Going to bed now.
