Mixed Weapons War was last weekend. Wow. That was an awesome war. People aren't kidding when they call it the relax-a-war. It was so laid-back, so nice. So last night at dance I get there with Char and it's the two of us along with Terri and Kaitlund. I stop, think for a minute, then say 'We're just going to dance tonight.  I'll play music and we just keep on going'. So after warmups we danced. We wiggled. We giggled. Got 2 boar or's done for Great Helm. I don't think Shoshanna was very pleased with them, but i got them done and I was proud of my work. I'm trying my hand at calligraphy so the writing isn't 100% but I can honestly say that I tried and that I succeeded. Friday night Char, Barb and I hit up Club Congress and saw Mike Doughty do an acoustic live performance. That man is one hell of a guitar player. Made me itch to start practicing again. I went to the park last night and danced. A lot. And felt a lot better, at least temporarily. Wiggling feels good to me.
