Well, I'm at it again... probably the last photos I'll be putting up for a couple of weeks, I've been pretty busy/exhausted and this was the last photo I needed for my portfolio (which I just finished!). I've been vegan for a month I think, and at this point, I don't see myself ever turning back. I feel better, look better, and I'm sure if you licked me I'd taste better too. -

My mom just wrote me this e-mail. I kinda want to hang myself.
You need to know. Having to take out this loan means......no summer vacation for us, no fixing the bathroom, no new carpet to replace the 15 year old carpet we have. Tonight I made Mango-Ginger Tofu with Thai Ginger-Coconut Black Rice Pudding (I made it a little less sweet than traditional rice pudding since it was being served as a dinner side) and Sesame Asparagus.
