Okay.Hate my cold foods class, so I'm going to focus on something else now. The other day I made some foccacia bread with roasted garlic, fresh rosemary & basil kneaded into the crust, and then topped it with olive oil, more fresh rosemary & basil, and some parmesan & feta cheese.
