Last night I made eggplant stew for dinner. I sauteed a diced onion in some olive oil, then added peeled, cubed eggplant, sliced zucchini, a can of diced tomatoes and about a cup of homemade tomato sauce. American Idol Top 24 Results show
Before I even get into the results show, I want to mention that I finally rewound the tape and saw Jason Castro and Michael Johns. I think Michael Johns (the cute Australian rocker) is very talented, but Jason Castro (the cute blue-eyed guy with the dreadlocks) is my absolute favorite. I fell asleep fifteen minutes before the show ended, so I didn’t see the last two (Jason Castro and Michael Johns) perform. Which is sucky, because I really wanted to see both of them. But I taped it, so I’ll try to watch it before tonight’s show.

Best lunch ever: a thinly sliced vine-ripe tomato and a few slices of turkey bacon on toast. The toast has the slightest bit of plain yogurt smeared on it (don’t make a face - it’s good, I promise!) and the barest, barest sprinkling of hot salt.
