The key lime pie turned out to be somewhat of a disaster. It didn't set up, even with extra cooking time... so I've just mixed in half a tub of vegan cream cheese substitute and half a tub of dairy-free whipped topping and put it back into the pie shell. The biggest drawback to not hosting Thanksgiving dinner is the lack of leftovers. That's one of the best parts! We had a good afternoon in Dallas-- food, full tummies & family.

My husband rocks. He surprised me with Valentine's gifts-- not only did he get me a necklace and flowers, but topped it off with a box of Godiva truffles. MmMmMMm.
