can you do the twist?

Perhaps it's a sign of old age, or better, a sign of my extreme awesomeness: I hurt my back this morning by taking my socks off. It's still locked up in an angry little spasm. But! fluff can be good. I have a friend that refers to LJ as her "brain-dump". She posts randomness, including strange thoughts like "I wonder if this happened, what would the result be? Like if I combined this chemical with that and then put it under this condition, would it blow up or fizzle or change color?" She then prints out her LJ every so many months for a hard copy. 'Course, this is also the girl that will post: "my back is itchy. Oh so itchy. That is all." as an entry.

I personally like reading randomness - and I post quite a bit of it too, in case you haven't noticed. :)

I think the last three ... motherhood, different, and harder are all pretty connected.
The censoring part, well that is something that isn't necessarily a bad thing
unless you don't want to censor as much.
Regardless, I absolutely love reading your posts, fluff or not :)

I guess the main difference with the censoring is that I write much more emotional stuff in my paper journal than I ever write online. I'm not sure I want the internet wading through all of that, you know?

I know exactly.
I think that's why so many of us still
have our paper journals too.

I love you, too. And you know that motherhood is a lifelong thing, right? We can still go on vacations, though. =)
