I was driving home from work on Saturday night. My shift ends at 9pm so it was almost completely dark. My job is about 20 miles from where I live, but most of the trip is traveled on main roads so I move pretty quickly. Over the past decade, I have not been kind to my body. I have abused it with smoking, alcohol, a complete lack of exercise and eating very poorly. A woman at work told me a story today about her trip to Wisconsin with her son. Her son drove the whole way down and back, and always drove in the fast lane.
