I wanted to thank all of you for your words of comfort and your concern. When my bloodwork came back, it showed my hormone levels were really low. Its only 81.6. When its supposed to be in thousands at almost 7 weeks. She told me either I'm not as far as I thought I was or I'm actively having a miscarriage. My last period was 0ct.2nd. So i have a few questions for everyone.. I'm curious how long after delivering your baby will it take until the hcg hormone does not show up positive on a pregnancy test? My 5.3 went to 0.10.

So not so pregnant after all.
I kinda figured I had all sorts of bleeding and cramping in the 2nd week of my 2ww. Oh well.

We are taking a break until the fall

So the DR herself called me yesterday.  She tells me I am pregnant and asked if I wanted a referral to an OBGYN!  I told her what I was told by the nurse. She became upset and said the nurse shouldn't have tried to read my results. My levels are rising!  They went from 17 to 48 in two days. I am just glad the nurse was wrong.

Would it be possible to test Tuesday night with a blood test positive with levels at 17. Then today test negative on a urine test? It was a New Choice test. I was figuring my levels had had time to rise....... I am refusing to buy anymore tests. I got tomorrow to the DR for another beta and I have already said......Me and my darn Pee Stick ( Read more... )

I went to the hospital because of spotting that has lasted well over a week an an episode of bleeding yesterday. They did a pelvic exam and found that my cervix is closed but irritated. So I was bleeding this morning (no cramps though) and I headed to the OB GYN clinic on base and saw a doctor there who gave me an inter-vaginal ultrasound (I'm 6 weeks). She said that because my hormone levels are high (56,000 she said) than they should see a heartbeat.. but there was nothing she could definitively see ( Read more... )
