I am sick, and it is for the first time in a while, and it is not making me happy but there we are. I am just glad this didn't happen the entire semester while I was at school..just because it's easier when you've got parents who can force-feed you homeopathic chinese medicines and stuff. Aaaah, I am HOOOME! It is very exciting. Waaah.
I have no idea what I'm going to do for Thanksgiving next year. Hopefully we'll have enough money for tickets over the Thanksgiving hols so I can go home (if the vacation is longer), because my friend Hayley is going to be abroad next year and although Thanksgiving this year at her house was awesome it'd be kind of awkward if I toddled over to her ( Read more... ) -

Registration is tomorrow, and my schedule looks like a pile of poo. First off I have 8:30s all week, which will be my first 8:30s at college. Apart from that I still won't have afternoons free- two labs and an annoying 3-day afternoon Chinese class (required) means that 5 days are full at least until 2:40. In memory of an awesome lady.
Let me preface this entry by saying that I saw my grandmother (in my immediate memory) probably less than 5 times in my entire life, some lengthier than others, but you can hardly form strong bonds from probably a total of a 2 months together with half of a common language. I am going BACK TO SCHOOL, you guys! Back to college, back to learning, back to being my own point of individual responsibility.
