My spider-sense kept tingling whenever I thought about my job. Turns out I was right.

It's not too bad, but if I where a good friend, I'd be making sure Henry shows up soon.

It's not often that I get to say this, especially considering how bleak Mondays tend to be at work. I have a special term for it but it's not cool for me to say it out loud here. Still no word from the mechanic for whom I show blind trust. It's not deserved, it's a lack of choice. He was optimistic about what could be my "main problem" with the muffler, saying that they actually specialize in this kind of thing and he would probably do some physical repair instead of swapping parts, something that would be less costly. Our big fund raiser is now over and it's time peel the rewards. Today should be both busy yet mentally lax as we can now look forward to some regular work instead of stressing over the minute details for the big event.
