I’m posting this letter to someone who isn’t meant to read it. Some of you on here know them, and it’ll be somewhat obvious who it is if you do. I’m posting this primarily for me, in reference to some things I’ve been working on. This is part of my attempt to separate feelings and move on.

We reconciled, for the grand total of a week. Still the old issues kept on cropping up. I felt like I was moving heaven and earth to keep things going, and she really didn't want to lift a finger to work towards saving things. Sometimes you have to live for those you care about who aren't able to anymore.

He wanted me to get my car fixed and back on the road like it should have been. It goes into the shop on Feb. 10. It's going to be crushingly expensive, but it's something I need to do.

Some of them good and some of them bad. Things are progressing at a prodigious rate. Perhaps there's a future to be hopeful for, but as always, my cynicism wins out and I adopt a major 'wait and see' approach ( Read more... )
