Marissa and I participated in the one day Ron Paul fund raiser that ended up pulling in over four million dollars. It was timed for Guy Fawkes day which I found amusing as someone who loves British history. I don't know if Ron Paul can win the whole thing or not and honestly I don't care much. I've been a dad for about seven weeks now and it's pretty great. She's very difficult at times but she recognizes me now and gets happy to see me. I just got the rundown on this book "The Secret" and it's rather disturbing.  Like most self help fads it is bound to leave a lot of people burned and wondering how they failed on this path to success, wealth, etc. The notion that one can explain everything in the world through attractions and vibrations is absurd but it sounds great. Marissa and I went to Brooklyn this past weekend. Marissa was scheduled to teach a workshop on woodblock printmaking and since Chuck and Linda live there now I went along to see them and check out Brooklyn.
