I just haven't had anything interesting to share...

I bought a thrift-store leather jacket yesterday, very nice. Best $20 I've spent in a while, considering how it suits me. Yay.

Taking a break from the packing/cleaning process to relax, clear my mind. When I knuckle down and get to it, the actual packing process goes pretty quickly when I'm left to my own devices and have no other pressing needs. Sort, pack, move, repeat. Music helps. So... sell me (or not) on T-mobile? I'm looking at their prepaid selection, and the $15-a-month unlimited texts and IMs seems very attractive to me, and if I can get a phone with a camera, HTML browser, etc. ...

The weather feels like a bad retelling of a Monty Python joke. Summer too -forever- to get here, and it was just kind of hanging about, being spring-like, then BOOM, for a week in September it was HOT and bright and sunny. Man... Reading books about cyberculture from the end of the last millenium*, people were just so excited about all the tech coming through. They honestly believed that after the WELL and UseNet, that the newer brighter internet-tech future would bring everyone together, and that as more people would get onto the 'net, the more people would grow ( Read more... )
