I was about to go to sleep but I wanted to listen to a song that I like alot lately before I sleep. It is my favorite kind of music, alternative rock. It is so beautiful and poetic at the same time. Well, this time I really listened to the lyrics, and I realized, OMG, this can describe my life's predicament.

Verse 1:Just the conflict I feel in my heart and how I fear the disapproval of my parents. I feel it will destroy me leaving me with nothing.

Do you have a support network before you come out to your parents?

Verse 2: How you have to fight for a new life to be happy and possibly fulfilled finally. A dream is a hope for happiness and we try to get out of that pain in pursuit of it.

I understand the fight that you have to do just to have your new life and to be happy, I have had to do that myself. I still have to fight for that but its a lot more rare

Verse 3: You take what you learn and grow to be a better person. It is only the start of a new life.

That is where I am right now, I've learned a lot and trying to grow and become a better person than I once was.

Thanks, it is a slow process. I don't know how it will turn out. I have met some people around me that are like me but much further along than me.
