Twitter: Masterpiece PBS confirms that the US videos will be the uncut UK versions (which was what the last series was, so not a total surprise), and the release date will be May 22nd.

I watched the first episode of series two, now that it's finally aired on PBS, most just to see what cuts were made. They take out little bits so they can put in the Masterpiece Mystery pre- and post-credits.

PBS did a repeat run of all three episodes of the first series of Sherlock last night, leading up to the first "new" episode of series two airing tonight. I've seen them all before, more than once, yet I stayed up watching until the end.

I blame PBS for making me stay up too late.
