I think this is a good summary of the issues I've been having with the show, and several others too. Sherlock isn't alone in pursuing plot twists for shock value with no real resolution. One of the library teens who is also a fangirl had someone recommend Sherlock to her, so she checked it out yesterday. Since it was a holiday and a lot of people thought we were closed, I let her watch it on one of the staff machines that has a DVD drive. BBCA: Sherlock Comes to BBC America

Beginning November 8th, BBC America will begin airing Sherlock. I'm assuming all nine episodes, but it's not clear. It's airing the same night as the season finale of Doctor Who, so I imagine it will be filler until they get something else for Saturday night ( Read more... )
