Up at 5:30 in the morning. Still no television (though I'm hoping to remedy that this weekend).

Goals:

2. Find recipes printed earlier
3. Bake chocolate ganache tart
4. Bake dinner rolls (and backup biscuits)
5. Whip cream (with stabilizer)
6. Purchase newspaper.
7. Shower and dress.

Good news: I was able to reschedule an experiment so I don't have to go in on both Sunday and Monday of Labor Day weekend; I only have to go in a few hours on Monday to weigh some little rodents.

For my new job I need to have a cell phone so the animal facility can contact me every time a mouse pukes. (Well, any time there is an animal issue. 24 hours a day.
