We had our department holiday party today. I made mini-cannolis (well, technically I stuffed mini-cannolis) and we played Team Trivial Pursuit (men against women). Have made the Parker House roll dough and it has another 15 minutes on it's second rising before going into the oven. I was a bit concerned it wasn't rising enough (same problem Farandune had last night), but when I divided it up and rolled it into balls, it looked like the picture.
