3. Bake chocolate ganache tart
4. Bake dinner rolls (and backup biscuits)
5. Whip cream (with stabilizer)
6. Purchase newspaper.
7. Shower and dress.

Have made the Parker House roll dough and it has another 15 minutes on it's second rising before going into the oven. I was a bit concerned it wasn't rising enough (same problem Farandune had last night), but when I divided it up and rolled it into balls, it looked like the picture. I put them in a 13 x 9 x 1.5 inch pan instead of a 13 x 9 rimmed ( Read more... )

It's been cold here this week. We had a beautiful patch of sunny sky yesterday. Unfortunately I think the clouds cleared because they turned into snow. When I woke up this morning, the puddles on the roof had turned to ice. I assume they melted during the day (we hit 40 degrees Fahrenheit), but now they are partially frozen again.
