The very expensive confocal microscope went kablooey on Monday and was only repaired on Friday afternoon.

Have a 15 slide backlog to get through. Hence, chained to confocal today.

I call it French (sometimes) Onion Soup, because it's really something you should do to your own tastes. Don't limit yourself to tradition if there is a variation you like better.
