I'm not too old for facebook. My friends noticed that I haven't posted anything to this darn blog since joining facebook. That was in May. It's quite addictive, I'd say.

I joined facebook yesterday. That's what all the hip kids are doing, right?
I think I'm too old for it though. What's the difference between a "group" and a "network"? It's just so silly. But, I figured I should try to keep up before I miss the next-next big thing.

I've actually been going to water aerobics for 3 weeks now. I don't love it, but it's active and easier on my aging joints than most of the others thing I could do. YAY ME!

I went to my first Jewish Sisterhood event today. This is a new group that I wish I had thought of. Young Jewish women (20s and 30s)hanging out. Today was a Mary Kay party, last month was dinner at a swanky restaurant in Scottsdale, in a few week's it's out to see Sex and the City. But I didn't buy anything. Just as I expected I felt like I had a big sign on my chest that said "I don't belong here". I looked around and saw a few cute things. But then I saw the price tags. This week I was reminded of friendships I once had that I lost long ago. The sad part is that it's my fault the friendships are gone. I took advantage of the relationships, took them for granted, and they disintegrated. I didn't nurture them the way relationships need to be nurtured.
